





Hi I’m Tanja Bennett a 50+ year old mom and Certified Holistic Health Coach.
I spent most of mychildhood being rewarded & soothed with food and later raised my own kids with much of the same traditions and habits. I realized I had a horriblerelationship with food and used it when I was sad, lonely, for celebration, and for stress relief. That’s a lot to ask of food but I seemed to think it could fulfill those things in me and more! It’s easy to think that way when
everything in society tells us food can do that for us.
Cravings come from a lot of that emotional game we play with ourselves and once I realized that and got a hold of what was actually happening, I was able to make huge strides in my overall health. My hope is to share what I learned about how food can work for us, instead of against us. I want to share with as many women as I can, so that they can stop the madness and suffering and begin thriving and living their best life the way they deserve to!
